- All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in California U.S.A.
- Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the items purchased and the shipping service selected at the checkout process.
- Shipping charge includes warehouse/handling fees and the boxes/envelopes/cushion/tapes/etc... used to package your order so that it will arrive to you safely. We will NEVER ship your order by sticking a stamp or shipping label on the item's packaging. It will always come in the form of bubble enevelop or box with cushion inside.
- All packages will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
- APO/PO addresses are accepted and will be shipped via USPS.
 
- The delivery confirmation/tracking number for the package can be retrieved AFTER the order has been shipped.
- International orders might require extended time for delivery. CECompass is not responsible for customs taxes/import duties levied by foreign customs.
- Domestic Packages: are usually shipped via UPS or USPS from our warehouse in California, U.S.A. Delivery time varies between 1-5 business days or longer depending on the shipping area (i.e Hawaii, Alaska, APO).
- All U.S domestic packages will be trackable and the tracking number will be emailed to the buyer or can be retreived at www.cecompass.com
- International Package: are usually shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail or UPS depending on the shipping method selected at the checkout page. International delivery usually takes between 4-8 days for delivery, in some rare cases, it could take up to 8-15 business days.
- All international packages will have a custom number or tracking number which will be emailed to the buyer or can be retrieved at www.cecompass.com
- We accept payment via all major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover) through our secured payment gateway.
- We DO NOT keep your credit card information after processing for the payment.
- Direct Paypal payment and Google Checkout are accepted.
- All items from CECompass come with 1 year warranty from the date of purcahse, unless specified otherwise.
- If the item becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact us at rma@cecompass.com for RMA authorization.
- All returns must obtain a RMA authorization before sending them back.
- If item arrives non-functional or defective, you must contact us at rma@cecompass.com within 3 days for an excahnge and we will send you a brand new replacement.

- Incorrect items must be returned within 3 days of receipt in order to receive the exchange.
- The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.
